Chen Hsong Group today announced that Chen Hsong Investments has donated HK$15 million to the “Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po”, established by the HKSAR Government. The donation aims to support residents affected by the recent severe fire in Tai Po, alleviating their immediate hardships.
Tai Po was Chen Hsong’s home for four decades, and where we developed and grew together with the community. The devastating fire at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po has deeply saddened every member of Chen Hsong.
Giving back to society was the lifelong conviction of our late founder, Dr. Chiang Chen. In these difficult times, we must uphold this spirit and stand in solidarity with the community to overcome the challenges together. We hope this donation will provide tangible assistance to affected families and support emergency relief efforts. We will continue to monitor the situation and offer further support as needed.
We extend our deepest condolences to all affected families and our utmost respect to the firefighters, medical personnel, and volunteers who have worked tirelessly on the front lines. The entire Chen Hsong stands firmly with the people of Hong Kong, now and always.
