In fully automatic mode, manufacturing a polypropylene (PP) container box with a shot weight of 974g and thickness of 1.5mm the EM480-SVP/3 Toggle Type Injection Molding machine achieves a cycle time of 42s.

Since 2015, our customer in Zhejiang Province, China has been employing 15 of our EM480-SVP/3 Injection Molding machines to carry out this work, powered by the SVP/3 Servo Drive for a clamping force of 320 tons and controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-02.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
