Applying a clamping force of 98 tons, driven by the VDP power pack with Nippobatta Ai-01 controller, the JM98-Ai Injection Molding Machine achieves a cycle time of 20s in fully automatic mode with a shot weight of 21.4g and thickness of 2mm in polycarbonate.
