The JM128-MK6 High-Speed Toggle Type Injection Molding Machine has been proving its superior feature of Precision Hydraulics™ in the manufacture of ABS large keyboard caps since 2017. Our customer employs 16 Machines equipped with the Servo Drive and CPC 6.0 controllers in fully automatic mode to fill 2 cavities with a shot weight of 1g each and thickness of 0.5mm in a cycle time of only 12.5s.
