Fan Guard Cover Manufacture With The EM400-SVP/3 Injection Molding Machine
Since 2016, one of our customers in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, has been manufacturing polypropylene (PP) fan guard covers, employing 30 of our EM400-SVP/3 Toggle Type Injection Molding machines in this service.
Applying a clamping force of 400 tones via an SVP/3 Servo Drive power pack controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-02, the EM400-SVP/3 system is delivering a fully automatic cycle time of only 32s with a shot weight of 410g and thickness of 3mm.
This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
