One of our customers in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province employs more than 200 of our JM128-MK6 High-Speed Toggle Injection Molding Machines to manufacture gloss finish automotive buttons from PC resin in 4 cavities with a shot weight of 8.7g at a thickness of 1.15mm.

The cycle time in semi-automatic mode is only 24.5s at a clamping force of 128 tons, driven by the Servo-Drive with a CPC 6.0 controller. The customer is the market leader in China for automotive buttons.
