Our customer in Chongqing City, China, has been using 30 of our JM1000-C3-SVP/2 Toggle Type Injection Molding Machines to manufacture enclosures for this premier brand since 2014. The JM1000-C3-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machine operates at a clamping force of 1,000 tons, with an SVP/2 Servo-Drive power pack controlled by a Nippobatta Ai-12.
Manufactured in high impact polystyrene (HIPS), each enclosure has a shot weight of 1,134g and a thickness of 2.5mm. In fully automatic mode the JM1000-C3-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machine has a cycle time of only 43.5s in this application.
This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
