One of our customers in Guangdong Province uses five of our EM120-V Injection Molding Machines to manufacture automotive floor mats in TPE.

The two-cavity system has a shot weight of 43g for each item, for a product thickness of 2.5mm and a cycle time of 36s in semi-automatic mode. The EMV120-V is controlled by a Nippobatta Ai-02 and has a VDP powerpack to ensure reliable and consistent operation with a clamping force of 120 tons.
