At the international ChinaPlas 2016 expo in Shanghai, we demonstrated the versatility and precision of our SM700-TP Two-Platen Injection Molding Machines, powered by the SVP/2 Servo-Drive with the Beckhoff CBmold800 controller on an EtherCAT digital main bus, and generating a clamping force of 700 tons.

The SM700-TP was employed to manufacture PP resin automotive side panels with a shot weight of 170g, and demonstrated a best-in-class fully-automatic cycle time of only 40s.
