Our customer in Ningbo, Zheijiang Province has been employing over 40 of our Toggle type EM180-V Injection Molding Machines since 2016 in fully-automatic mode, manufacturing cosmetic jars in MS (PMMA) resin in 4 cavities, with a shot weight of 35g each. The cycle time is only 60 seconds, with the injection molding Machine driven by a VDP power pack and Nippobatta AI-02 Controller employing a clamping force of 180 tons.
