We have 70 of our Toggle-Type JM1200-C3-SVP/2 Injection Molding machines in operation in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China for the manufacture of polypropylene dishwasher base racks, with a shot weight of 1,898g per unit and a thickness of 2.5mm. The SVP/2 Servo-Drive controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-12 enables a clamping force of 1,200 tons in this application, and since 2017 our customer has been able to achieve a reliable cycle time of 61.6s in fully-automatic mode for this demanding operation.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
