The JM228-Ai (HS) High Speed Toggle Type Injection Molding machine is proving to be a very good choice for maximising throughput for disposable containers in polypropylene (PP) with integrated in-mold labeling systems.

Powered by the SVP/2 Servo Drive and controlled by a Nippobatta Ai-12, each JM228-Si(HS) Injection Molding machine is able to fill 4 cavities with a shot weight of 26g at a clamping force of 228 tons and achieve a cycle time of only 5.5s in fully automatic mode.
