Disposable Forks with Automatic Packaging

In Zhejiang Province, China, a customer has been employing 20 of our EM260-SVP/2 Toggle Type Injection Molding machines since 2016 to manufacture disposable forks in polypropylene (PP) in 36 cavities with a shot weight of 2.5g each and thickness of 1mm.

In fully automatic mode, the EM260-SVP/2 Injection Molding machine is powered by the SVP/2 Servo Drive and Nippobatta Ai-12 Controller, achieving a clamping force of 260 tons and cycle time of only 12s.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
