In fully automatic mode, our EM260-V Toggle Type Injection Molding machine is producing disposable PP spoons in 8 cavities with a shot weight of 16g each at a thickness of 2mm and cycle time of 27s.

Employing 20 injection molding machines and operating since 2009, our customer in Zhejiang Province, China, is using the EM260-V Injection Molding machine driven by the VDP power pack and controlled by a Nippobata Ai-01, delivering a clamping force of 260 tons for high quality, trouble-free operation.
