For the injection molding of fan enclosures in PBT with glass fiber (GF), our customer in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, is employing more than 40 of our JM168-MK6 High-Speed Toggle Type Injection Molding machines to fill 2 cavities with a shot weight of 27g per item and achieving a cycle time of only 18.2 seconds in fully automatic mode.

The JM168-MK6 Injection Molding machine is configured with the SVP/3 Servo Drive power pack, controlled by a Nippobatta CPC 6.0 for maximum reliability and efficiency, in continuous operation since 2016, applying a clamping force of 168 tons in this role.
