Haier Washing Machine Tub Part with LGF

A Chinese customer in Guangdong Province has been using 7 of our JM1200-C3-SVP/2 Toggle-Type Injection Molding machines to manufacture long glass fiber (LGF) filled polypropylene (PP) washing machine tub parts with a shot weight of 2.4kg and thickness of 7mm since 2014.

The JM1200-C3-SVP/2 Injection Molding machine is ideal in this application, delivering a clamping force of 1,200 tons, driven by the SVP/2 Servo Drive controlled by a Nippoabatta AI-12. Even in semi-automatic mode, our customer is able to achieve a cycle time of 110s molding these high-quality parts for prestige manufacturer Haier.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
