The JM1600-C3-SVP/2 Toggle-Type Injection Molding machine powered by the SVP/2 Servo-Drive with Nippobatta Ai-12 controller is proving to be the best choice for our customer in Guangdong Province, China, who has been using 7 of our machines to manufacture washing machine tubs since 2014.

Accuracy is critical for the manufacture of these parts for Tier-1 customer Haier, and in polypropylene with a shot weight of 1.46kg and thickness of 5mm our customer is able to achieve a cycle time of only 80s in fully-automatic mode, assisted by the clamping force of 1,600 tons that is possible with the JM1600-C3-SVP/2 Injection Molding machine in this configuration.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
