Polypropylene Pipe Fitting Manufacture Using the EM480-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machine

In Tianjin City, China, our customer has been employing 16 Toggle Type EM480-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machines since 2016 to reliably manufacture pipe fittings in polypropylene (PP), each having a shot weight of 680g and a thickness of 6mm.

The cycle time in semi-automatic mode is 210s and the EM480-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machine operates with a clamping pressure of 480 tons, using an SVP/2 Servo Drive and Nippobatta Ai12 controller.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
