The SM150HCV DIrect Clamping Injection Molding Machine delivers a clamping force of 150 tons in this application, driven by a Delta Servo Drive and B&R SmartMold88 controller, using a PowerLink digital Main Bus.

The PMMA Glass product has a shot weight of 220g and a cycle time of 3 minutes in fully-automatic mode. Our customer has been using the SM150HCV Injection Molding machine since 2015 in this quality-critical manufacturing process.
