TCL Air Conditioner Covers

Since 2010, our customer in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, has been manufacturing TCL air conditioner covers, using 40 of our JM1450-C2-SVP/2 Toggle-Type Injection Molding Machines.

The equipment is powered by an SVP/2 Servo-Drive and controlled by a Nippobatta Ai-11 unit and delivers a clamping force of 1,450 tons in this application. The molding shot weight is 1,982g with a thickness of 3.5mm in HIPS resin, and our customer is able to achieve a cycle time of 70s in semi-automatic mode.
