Our SM1250-TP Two-Platen Injection Molding Machine features a clamping force of 1,250 tons, powered by the SVP/2 Servo-Drive, controlled by the Beckhoff CBmold800 system and employing an EtherCAT digital main bus. In this configuration, the superior technology we employ was demonstrated at the ChinaPlas 2015 convention in Shanghai.

The SM1250-TP was used for the fully-automatic injection molding of Volkswagen door panels in PP resin, with a shot weight of 1.5kg and a cycle time of only 50s. Our technology solutions are internationally recognised on the world stage as leading the field for all types of injection molding.
