Exact manufacture and high levels of quality control are clearly achieved in the manufacture of injection molded water filters by our customer in Foshan, Guangdong Province. Since 2016, they have employed 30 of our JM650-C3-SVP/2 Toggle-Type Injection Molding machines, with a clamping force of 650 tons, driven by the SVP/2 Servo-Drive and Nippobatta Ai-12 control unit.

Filling 4 cavities, with individual shot weights of 210g and thickness of 3mm, our customer is able to achieve a fully-automatic cycle time of 90s in this high-performance application.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
