The EM180-SVP/2 Toggle-Type Injection Molding machine is proving its worth for a customer in Zhejiang Province, China. Employing 10 of our EM180-SVP/2 Injection Molding machines, driven by the SVP/2 Servo Drive and Nippobatta Ai-02 controller, our customer is manufacturing cosmetic packaging in PMMA, in 2 cavities with a shot weight of 83.9g each and a thickness of 4mm. In fully automatic mode the cycle time is 130s with a clamping force of 180 tons.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
