In Zhejiang Province, China, a customer has been using 10 of our EM180-V Toggle Type Injection Molding machines to manufacture cosmetic containers in PMMA since 2017. Featuring the VDP Power Pack and controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-02, the EM180-V is configured with a clamping force of 180 tons in this application, filling 3 cavities with a shot weight of 56.1g each and thickness of 9mm and a cycle time of only 121s in fully automatic mode.
