The Toggle Type EM220-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machines our customer in Beijing City, China, uses to manufacture this prestigious branded part out of poly carbonate resin delivers a clamping force of 220 tons with an SVP/2 Servo-Drive controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-02 unit.

With 20 Machines operating in fully automatic mode since 2016, our customer is able to achieve a cycle time of 25s using 2 cavities with a shot weight of 29g each at a thickness of 2mm.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
