Injection Molding Honda Side Panels with the JM1000 Series

Our customer in Hubei Province is employing a Multi-Pump Combination Hydraulic Power System to manufacture parts for Honda automotive. Using 10 of our Toggle-Type JM1000-C3-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machines, our customer manufactures pairs of polypropylene Honda side panels to a thickness of 2mm in fully automatic mode with a cycle time of 55 seconds.

Each part has a shot weight of 428g and the JM1000 unit applies a clamping force of 1,000 tons, employing 2 cavities and powered by the SVP/2 Servo-Drive, which is controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-12 unit.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
