In Zhejiang Province, China, the JM178-Ai-SVP/2 Toggle Type Injection Molding machine has been proving its reliable operation since 2014 for a customer who is using 10 machines to manufacture ABS make-up box bases.
With a clamping force of 178 tons, driven by the SVP/2 Servo Drive controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-02, our customer is injection molding in 4 cavities with a shot weight of 10g each and thickness of 2mm. In fully automatic mode this configuration is achieving a cycle time of 43s.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
