Our client in Xinqian, Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang is operating JM468-MK6 plastic injection molding machines. With these machines, they are producing large volumes of ABS plastic mirror panels.

Production is made quick and easy with the machines two cavities and 53 second cycle time. Each mirror is 180x164x40 mm and has a wall thickness of 2mm. Each cycle uses a shot weight of 111 grams per cavity.

The JM468-MK6 injection machine operates in semi-automatic mode, has 468 tons of clamping force, and uses a CPC 6.0 controller.
