Injection Molding of Refrigerator Door Handles in ABS

In Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, our customer has been employing 35 of our EM400-SVP/3+ Injection Molding machines to manufacture lower and upper handles for refrigerators in ABS since 2016. Filling 2 cavities with shot weights of 173g and 200g, and thickness of 2mm, the EM400-SVP/3+ Toggle Type Injection Molding machines are equipped with the SVP/3 Servo Drive and Nippobatta CPC 6.0 controllers. Applying a clamping force of 400 tons during the molding process, a cycle time of 42s is reliably achieved in fully automatic mode.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
