Employing the JM468-MK6 for Injection Molding of Bathtub Anti Slip Mats

Our Mark 6 Injection Molding Machine uses a CPC6.0  controller on an EtherCAT digital main bus with the MK6 Servo-Drive applying a clamping force of 468 tons to manufacture bathtub anti-slip matts made from PVC resin. These anti-slip matts are produced on a fully-automatic cycle time of 33s  with a shot weight of 610g each.
