Employing the Focus 200 Injection Molding Machine to Manufacture Plastic Cups in Brazil

In São Paulo Brazil at the FeiPlastic 2017 Event, we demonstrated how our Focus 200 Toggle type Injection Molding Machine can use 8 cavities to manufacture disposable polystyrene cups with a shot weight of 3.5g each, a thickness of only 0.5mm and a cycle time of 7.8 seconds in fully-automatic mode.

The Focus 200 Injection Molding Machine applies a clamping force of 200 tons, driven by an Servo-Drive power pack, controlled by a Ai-12.
