15 of our EM320-SVP/3 Toggle Type Injection Molding Machines are currently in operation manufacturing polypropylene (PP) box lids in Zhejiang Province, China, where our customer is achieving a semi-automatic cycle time of 31s with a shot weight of 492g and product thickness of 2mm.

The EM320-SVP/3 Injection Molding machine achieves a clamping force of 320 tons, powered by an SVP/3 Servo Drive, controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-02.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
