Injection Molding of PCTG Glasses with EM320-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machines

Our Toggle-Type EM320-SVP/2 Injection Molding machines are being put to work by a customer in Zhejiang Province, China, to manufacture PCTG glasses. Using 80 injection molding machines driven by an SVP/2 Servo Drive controlled by the Nippobatta Ai-01, they have been operating in fully automatic mode since 2011 manufacturing these products with a shot weight of 155.4g and thickness of 2mm, achieving a cycle time of 54s.

This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
