In Hubei Province, China, our customer has been employing 6 of our EM220-SVP/2 Injection Molding Machines to manufacture fuse box enclosures since 2012. Manufactured from ABS and polycarbonate (PC), each enclosure has a shot weight of 73g and a thickness of 3mm.
The EM220-SVP/2 is powered by an SVP/2 Servo Drive and controlled by a Nippobatta Ai-02, with a clamping force of 220 tons and a cycle time of 27s in fully automatic mode.
This machine series has been replaced and upgraded by our newer series of injection moulding machines.
